At the August monthly meeting, the 30 attendees who braved the severe weather were treated to an inspiring presentation by Amanda Handel. Amanda revealed the important role of the mind in maximising one’s ability to perform with ease and security. Amanda’s ideas were so thought-provoking and insightful, and we are grateful to her for sharing her expertise with us.
