Description
Multi-movement works have historically been at the core of classical music since its rise to the concert stage. Ziggy and Miles present a unique program of suites and sonatas, all arranged/adapted for the guitar duo. Based in New York City, Ziggy and Miles were winners of the 2023 YCA (Young Concert Artists) Susan Wadsworth International Auditions, becoming the first guitar duo and second guitarists to receive this prestigious award in the organisation’s 62-year history. The brothers are graduates of The Juilliard School where they studied under multiple Grammy Award winner Sharon Isbin and became the first Australians admitted into the school’s Artist Diploma program.
