Andrew Blanch known to many at the guitar society performs a concert together with his partner, Argentinian mezzo-soprano Maria Eugenia Nieva. Together they will take you on a tour of Argentina, featuring tangos of Gardel and Piazzolla alongside lesser known styles of Argentinian música folklórica found in the regions of the country including: zambas, cuecas, tonadas and more. The duo will have recently returned from a 25-concert tour of the USA, and are excited to perform on home soil some of their favourite repertoire for you.
